About Edit Anxiety

Edit Anxiety is here to help you make small, sustainable ‘edits’ to change your response to anxiety and OCD, manage overwhelming emotions, and build self-trust

When thoughts and emotions feel overwhelming, it can feel like something needs to be fixed or figured out. But trying to push them away or think your way out of them often makes them feel heavier.

Instead of trying to fix or get rid of thoughts and feelings, it’s more about noticing them and letting them be there while practising a different way of responding.

Edit Anxiety shares tools to help you make these small shifts in how you respond to anxious thoughts, strong emotions and overwhelming moments.

With practice, overwhelming moments don’t have to affect you in the same way, and you can move through them with more ease and feel lighter.

A message from the founder

Hi! I’m Aishwarya (Aish), Edit Anxiety’s founder

Thank you for being here!

We all go through moments when thoughts and emotions feel heavy. In my own journey, I’ve found how helpful it can be to have small tools and reminders in the moment that help me pause, ground myself, and shift how I respond.

That’s why I created Edit Anxiety: to help you practise responding to difficult thoughts in small, practical ways.

I hope you find tools that work for you so you can build sustainable skills that help you stay present in your day-to-day life.

Some of my experience in the mental health and wellbeing space includes:

  • Training in mindful self-compassion with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion
  • Practising exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD
  • Workshop coordination for non-profit organisation, Ruam Chuay
  • Yoga philosophy training, alongside a regular personal practice
  • Volunteer experience with Soroptimist International

The tools and resources aren’t a replacement for professional support, but are here to support you.
