Trusting yourself

Doubt can feel loud and convincing sometimes. The goal isn’t to remove it, but to keep strengthening your self-trust: the foundation of how you show up for yourself.
Each time you take small actions that align with want you want, even when doubt is present, you strengthen your self-trust. The way you speak to yourself matters too: consistently speaking to yourself in a way that helps you move forward rather than holds you back!
As you keep doing this, the more natural it will feel for your mind and body to respond to situations with trust instead of doubt.
